How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The owner started with NCR Corp in 1978 and was trained on Electronic Cash Registers which are now called POS Systems
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer ON SITE sales and support, There are tons of companies on the internet but do not offer on site sales or support and we find that this is critical to a professional and complete installation and training process.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
While our home office is based in Charlotte NC, we have sub offices all over North and South Carolina for sales and support!
Provide detailed directions to your location
We do not have show rooms for our products. We come to you and demonstrate our products.
What type of payments do you accept?
All Major Credit cards and we offer financing for systems at low monthly rates.
Which areas do you service?
North and South Carolina primarily but we support installations in 12 states.
What are your hours of operation?
9 to 7 Monday thru Thursday 9 to 3 on Friday and 9 to 12 on Saturday. We also have 24 hour emergency support available for all of our customers

Our business is based on treating each and every customer exactly as we would want to be treated when we call for sales or support of any product.
